Return and Refund Policy

Our return policy is valid for 30 days. You have 30 days to return your product(s) after you've received it. Once 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot accept your return(s) anymore.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. The product must also still be in its original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@ardor-sidney.com with your order details. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide any additional information you may need. Please ensure you reach out within the 30-day return window to be eligible for a refund.

Return Label:
Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to arrange and cover the cost of returning the item. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds:
Once we have received and approved the return, your refund will be processed and a refund will be automatically issued to your payment method within 14 days, using the same payment method you placed the order with.

Customer Remorse Returns:
If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind or because of an ordering mistake, please note that you will be responsible for the actual costs of returning the product. We encourage you to review your order carefully before finalizing to ensure satisfaction with your selections.

Late or missing refunds:
If you have not yet received a refund even after 14 days, check first with your bank account.
Then contact your payment provider/company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially transferred.
If you have done all this and have not yet received your refund, please contact us.

Exchanges:
Unfortunately, we don't accept the exchange of your items. You can however always return your items within 30 days and place a new order.

Defective or Incorrect Order:

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us on the same day your order is delivered. To help us resolve the issue quickly, email us at [your support email] with the following:

-Your order number

-A clear photo of the item received

-A brief description of the issue

We will review your request and provide a resolution as soon as possible.

Delivery Refusal:

If a customer intentionally refuses delivery of an order—regardless of the reason—we will not issue a full refund.

In such cases, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted, and only 85% of the order total will be refunded once the item is returned to us in unused condition.

We strongly advise all customers to accept the delivery.
If you have any concerns or issues with your order, please receive the item first and then contact us at our email support.

Shipping your return items:
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

are responsible for the return label and the shipping costs for returning any of your items (with the exception of defective and/or incorrectly received items).

It is expected to return the items with a traceable shipping service or shipping insurance. The sender is always responsible for the shipment, and we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if you post them without traceable shipping.
